RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
  • 14 day refund period
  • 4 week exchange period
  • Excludes damaged, altered, special ordered, lay-a-way, financed, and discounted orders.
  • Must provide original receipt and the packaging, and the merchandise must be unworn and in pristine condition.
  • Due to rapid fluctuation in gold pricing, 21 karat, 22 karat, and 24 karat gold items are nonrefundable.
  • Layaway Policy - Final price must be paid in full over the period of 2-4 months. If left unpaid, the layaway will be forfeited and any deposit will not be refunded.
  • Cancelled layaway is subject to a 10% restocking fee on full priced items.
