We know the holidays may look a little different this year. We may not be able to enjoy the same holiday traditions we usually do, or travel to visit loved ones who live far away. However, at Malak Jewelers we believe that despite everything, love is not canceled. We still believe that the holidays are a time to show love and compassion to others, even if that might look a little different than we’re used to. This year especially, we feel an overwhelming sense of empathy for our neighbors, our co-workers, our friends, and even individuals we’ve never met, who are working tirelessly on the front lines of this pandemic to keep us safe. Malak Jewelers is committed to health, hygiene and safety now more than ever. We understand that in order to ensure the well-being of our clients, we must also guarantee the well-being of our team members. Since the start of the pandemic, Malak Jewelers is proud to say that we have kept our entire team on board with no layoffs, cut hours or slashed benefits. Furthermore, we have even been able to add several team members to the Malak Jewelers family this year. We owe everything to our wonderful clients for being the reason we have made it through this unpredictable time. As we gear up for this unusual holiday season, we continue to maintain a safe, clean environment for all those who enter through our door. Every single employee on the sales floor is expected to wear a mask, no exceptions. We have also put a sign on our door instructing every customer to do the same. We continue to sanitize our display cases multiple times every day and the jewelry after it is handled. We have put multiple hand sanitizer bottles all around the store for everyone's convenience. Additionally, we require team members to stay home when they are not feeling well in order to protect everyone's wellbeing. As a small business, we understand firsthand how challenging the past year has been, which is why we are striving to make this holiday season as safe and enjoyable as possible for every single one of our clients. Love is not canceled. Family is not canceled. Giving is not canceled. We hope that everyone is able to find a sense of normalcy, comfort and joy in these difficult times.
